Class Overview: How often do we make promises to other people? How many of those promises do we actually keep? Throughout scripture, we see God make promise after promise to various individuals. However, unlike mankind, God keeps each and every promise He makes. This class invites us to “come and see” how God’s promises unfold, are fulfilled, and are lived out through faith in Christ. The Gospel of John serves as the anchor for this study, as John’s stated purpose is to lead the reader to belief by showing who Jesus truly is and what He has come to accomplish. May this study lead us not only to understand God’s promises more clearly, but to live more faithfully as people shaped by them.
